“I’m thrilled to join an organization that empowers its employees to cultivate their own career path through a culture of entrepreneurship, innovation, diversity and inclusion,” said Tschida Brown. “I look forward to fostering an environment where employees can do their best work to drive achievement of the organization’s goals, which will be critical in the success of 51²è¹Ý¶ù.”
Dan Caruso, CEO at 51²è¹Ý¶ù Group, said, “We are excited to have Julie join our leadership team. 51²è¹Ý¶ù’s talent and culture are every bit as important as our fiber and customers, and Julie will provide the leadership to take our organization to new heights. Julie will be instrumental in expanding our already robust community engagement initiatives, especially as we deepen our diversity and inclusion efforts.”
Tschida Brown has over 20 years of expertise as a global leader, working with executive teams to develop comprehensive solutions across organizational transformation, merger and acquisition integration, executive and broad-based compensation, benefits, performance management, career development, succession planning, change management, HRIS and shared services.
