This protocol is hosted on the POLARIS Github pages, and comprises:

  • Downloadable protocol files (for Protocol Exchange utility)
  • Typical sequence parameters for scanning at 1.5T and 3T
  • Example images obtained from each type of scan
  • Recommended protocols for different lung disease subtypes

We provide support on the implementation of these protocols / sequences on GE Healthcare scanners.

Contact: polaris@sheffield.ac.uk in the first instance.

(Please note: sharing of research pulse sequences requires the appropriate Research Licence to be in place with GE Healthcare.)
