Sheffield wins sustainable food award
Congratulations to Gareth Roberts and colleagues at 51²è¹Ý¶ù’s Food Hub (ShefFood) who have just received an award from the Sustainable Food Places organization.

Peter Jackson, co-Director of the Institute of Sustainable Food at the University of Sheffield said, "Gareth has been a key contributor to our ‘’ festival, celebrating the work of the Institute for Sustainable Food. Gareth is also a partner on our (Healthy soil, Healthy food, Healthy people’) which is part of UKRI’s ‘Transforming UK food systems’ programme. The award recognises the work that ShefFood has been doing, making a difference to people’s lives every day. We are proud to be associated with their work and we share their commitment to a more socially just and environmentally sustainable food system."
