- Profile
-
I am a research associate working on Metascience projects as part of the Research on Research Institute (RoRI) where I am also a Research Fellow. I have worked as part of an interdisciplinary team on experiments evaluating an alternative approach to funding evaluation (distributed peer review) and co-led a global survey examining researchers' attitudes to innovation and experimentation.
I previously completed my PhD in the department examining the psychological and social changes underlying reductions in alcohol consumption following participation in Dry January.
My current research interests include research improvement, data communication, researcher wellbeing and research evaluation. I am also interested in applying psychological theory and approaches to understand and improve research practices and systems.
