Before you head to EAIE in Glasgow, join us at the University of Sheffield for our 2026 Partner Day on Monday 7 September, when we will be opening our doors to our global network of partner universities for an exclusive look at our world-class Russell Group campus, nestled within the UK’s greenest and most welcoming city.

  • This is Sheffield: Institutional Overview: Whether you are new to working with us or looking for a refresher, discover the core values, academic strengths, and institutional profile that define the University of Sheffield.
  • The UK Mobility Landscape & The Future of Exchange: Join an interactive discussion on navigating regional shifts, key funding and mobility frameworks like the Turing Scheme and Erasmus+, and the future of student exchange.
  • Wider International Partnership Activity: Explore our global footprint beyond student mobility. This session highlights how we scale institutional partnerships and collaborate on high-impact international research.

Yorkshire Universities Dinner

Following the conclusion of our partner day on 7 September, we invite you to join an evening celebration co‑hosted by the University of Sheffield, University of Leeds and University of York. The Yorkshire Universities Dinner will take place at the , offering a unique setting to celebrate our shared partnerships, hear from guest speakers and to connect with colleagues from across the world. There also will be the opportunity to explore the impressive Sculpture Park, including exhibits at the , ahead of enjoying a Yorkshire‑themed menu against an exceptional cultural backdrop.

Places at the Yorkshire Universities Dinner are extremely limited and we would ask at this stage we would ask that only one representative from each partner university registers to attend, even if you partner with more than one of the hosting universities.  Please indicate on the partner day registration form sent via email if you would like to attend the Yorkshire Universities Dinner, and we will be in touch with further information on how to sign up.

Partner morning

We are hosting an additional Partner Morning on Tuesday 8 September. Following the Partner Dinner, you are welcome to return to Sheffield for our session. Alternatively, partners with links to the University of Leeds or the University of York may choose to travel to those cities for their respective morning sessions on 8 September.

This is a unique opportunity to engage with multiple Yorkshire partners before continuing your journey to EAIE in Glasgow on Tuesday lunchtime.
